As all of our products are digital PDF patterns, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. This is due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned like physical products. Please make sure to review the product descriptions and details before making your purchase.

2. What If I Have a Problem with My Purchase?

3. What If I Purchased the Wrong Pattern?

4. Can I Return a Digital Product?

Digital products such as downloadable PDF patterns are not eligible for returns. Once the file is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, including skill level and pattern specifics, before completing your purchase

5. What If I Purchased the Same Pattern Twice?

We understand that sometimes physical products may need to be returned or exchanged. Below are the conditions and process for physical product returns:

  • If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
